The Payout Rule - Reasons Why

Purpose:
  1. Ensure that you get paid
  2. Ensure the sustainability of our program
  3. Build large and strong downlines (& profitable) to our members.

Payout Rule 1:

- You must have at least 2 upgraded referrals in your
level 1 in order
to cash out.

This is how we ensure that you get paid, our program is sustainable and that your downline grows strong and profitable.

Most of the money you earn from surfing with power2surf.com comes from the purchase of advertising packages made by your downline. When someone in your level 1 purchases 1 AP they fund your surfing earnings with $8 and another $0.40 in commissions to your account.

You received $10 for free when you signed up and if you have been surfing every day for 80 days you will have "earned" $16, to finance that you need 2 upgraded referrals that purchases at least 1 AP each, in witch case you would have $16.80 to cash out + commissions and earnings from our PTP area.

The biggest benefit of upgrading your membership (purchase just 1 AP) is that you don't need more that 2 upgraded referrals to be able to cash out, that is just as many as you need to be able to cash out as a free member. So you get paid double for the same effort !


Payout Rule 2:

- All your AP's must have expired before you ask for a cash out.

All your AP's must have expired in order for us to accurately calculate and allocate your surfing vacation earnings. This measure also maximizes your commission earnings.

Payout Rule 3:

- The minimum cash out amount is $20.

All payments at power2surf.com are made manually to ensure your security and that you get the best possible customer support. Because this service basically consumes the same resources regardless of how much we payout we have for practical reasons set the minimum cash out amount to $20.

When you ask for a cash out we look into your account and collect the following data, how much you have earned, how many AP's you have purchased (and assign any surfing vacation earnings you may have) and how many upgraded referrals you have in the level 1 of your downline.

If you have at least 2 upgraded referrals per AP you qualify for a full payout !

If you have less than 2 upgraded referrals per AP we use the formula bellow to calculate how much you have actually earned and therefore can cash out. To better understand why we use this formula se the math section of our Payout Rule.

A minimum of $10 will always remain in your account so that you can purchase another AP and continue your upgraded membership (this saves you transactions fees). If you have 4 upgraded referrals $20 will remain in your account, if you have 6 $30 will remain and if you have 8 $40 will remain. The rest you can cash out if the amount is minimum $20.

Payout Rule 4:

- Minimum $10 of your cash out amount must be used to purchase more AP(s).

When you joined power2surf.com you received $10 for free. If you have been promoting successfully and finally qualify for a cash out, then the most natural thing to do would be to purchase another AP anyway. So this rule shouldn't be difficult to accept.

If you have 4 upgraded referrals $20 will remain in your account, if you have 6 $30 will remain and if you have 8 $40 will remain. The rest you can cash out if the amount is minimum $20.

The most important reason for this is ensuring continuance with the program, i.e. ensure that your upgraded referrals continue upgrading over and over again and thereby ensuring that your downline continues to grow.


Compounding Rules
- Rules for purchasing advertising packages with your earnings

Compounding
Rule 1:

- Before free members can purchase APs with their earnings they must have at least 2 upgraded referrals in their level 1 and $10 in their account.

Because most of your earnings comes from your downline, and specially from your upgraded referrals in level 1, there is no real money to purchase advertising packages for unless you first get at least 2 upgraded referrals in your level 1.

Note that we call your daily earnings for "Potential Earnings", this is to reflect that the earnings depend on you being able to get 2 upgraded referrals per advertising package you have purchased.

An example: Even though you have surfed and apparently earned $10 you haven't really earned it before someone in your level 1 upgrades. When that happens they bring $10 into your downline, $8 + $0.40 commission goes to you, the rest $1.60 goes to your upline, it is split into 4 more commissions of $0.40 (we pay 4% commission on 5 levels).

To finance the purchase of your AP you need 2 upgraded referrals, as they will have purchased at least 1 AP each, in witch case your account would be funded with $16.00 for surfing earnings and $0.80 in commissions would be added to your account strait away.

It is advisable that you never purchase more APs than you have upgraded referrals. Ideally you should always seek to have 2 upgraded referrals per AP before you purchase more AP's.


Compounding
Rule 2:

- Upgraded members can purchase APs with their earnings as soon as they have earned at least $10.

Upgraded members have the advantage that they don't have to wait until they have upgraded referrals before they compound. The reason is that they have already contributed with real money to the funding of the commissions for their upline.

It is advisable that you never purchase more APs than you have upgraded referrals. Ideally you should always seek to have 2 upgraded referrals per advertising package before you purchase more advertising packages.


Rules for Upgrading Referrals

Upgrading your referrals with your own earnings is just an alternative to compounding therefore the same rule as compounding must apply. Please read Compounding Rule 1.

Since the purpose of upgrading your referrals is to build your downline we require that your referrals must have at least 1,000 referral page credits before you can upgrade them.

What is referral page credits? Referral page credits are the credits you receive when you promote your referral URL, each time your referral page is shown on another computer you receive 0.1 credits(free members, upgraded members receive 0.2 credits). Click on History to see how many referral page credits you have.

 

This ensures that your referral has understood how power2surf.com works and is willing to do what it takes to build their downline. This also raises the possibilities that by the time you upgrade their account they will already have lots of referrals and even the possibility that one of those referrals upgrades and is given to you ! ( see Compensation Plan )
